Kids Mindful Art: Gratitude Trees (Ages 7-12)
Make a dropper-art gratitude tree with instructor Makiko Niwa after a brief guided meditation.
Register for this fun and meditative art class with local arts instructor, Makiko Niwa! For this class we will be making Gratitude Trees, made in combination with dropper art. Before the students begin painting, Makiko will lead a brief gratitude meditation to inspire them to reflect on what they are thankful for, and introduce different colors to the meditation practice. Each drop will symbolize something they are grateful for. This class is open to children ages 7-12, and registration is required.
