One-On-One Tech Help (English or Tiếng Việt)
Sit down with a volunteer at Santa Teresa Library for computer or email help in English or Tiếng Việt.
Offered in English or Tiếng Việt. Do you need help using a computer? Want to set up an email account? Stop by the Santa Teresa Branch Library for a session with our experienced volunteer! They can assist you with basic tech issues, such as: setting up an email account, composing & sending emails, using email attachments; web searches and basic data entry; learning the basics of Microsoft Word and Excel and web-based productivity software such as Google Docs; using the library's pay-for-print and photocopy machines; downloading apps on your phone or tablet; and much more! You are welcome to bring your own device, such as a laptop, phone or tablet, or you can use one of our computers. Free, No Registration Required
