Sit down one-on-one with a Tech Mentor for help with smartphones, tablets, and computer basics.
Get free one-on-one support with everyday tech questions! Our Tech Mentor can help you with: basic smartphone, tablet, and computer help; setting up and using email; downloading and using apps; making video calls (Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, etc.); browsing the internet (search engine basics, making simple searches, etc.); navigating the SJPL website and digital resources. Please note: Tech Mentor support is limited to basic technology questions. Appointments are required.
