Color Your Feelings: Art-Therapy Workshops for Kids
Make art with your child while exploring feelings in this hands-on therapy workshop at Bascom Library.
Children must be at least 4 years of age due to safety concerns (sorry, no toddlers or preschool age children). Join the San Jose Youth Council District 6 for a fun, interactive art therapy workshop designed for elementary-aged children, approximately ages 4–11. Through simple, creative art activities, kids will explore different emotions, practice expressing how they feel, and build emotional awareness in a supportive environment. No art experience is needed, just come ready to create and have fun! Free. Registration required. If you do not plan on attending, then please cancel your registration or email lisa.molson@sjlibrary.org, as this frees up space for another child. This workshop is held by the District 6 Youth Advisory Council.
