Baby Lapsit Storytime
Bring your pre-walking baby to sing, bounce, and connect through rhymes at Baby Lapsit Storytime.
This program is for babies that are not yet walking confidently, and their caregivers. Come join us every Tuesday for Baby Lapsit Storytime! Baby Lapsit invites newborns, infants, babies, and their caregivers to learn together by strengthening their relationship with each other through stories, songs, bounces, tickles, rhymes, books, and play. After Storytime concludes, we invite you to Stay & Play! The Storytime librarian will join in the fun with special toys, giving babies and parents time to connect. Lapsit Storytime: 11:00 - 11:30 am; Stay & Play: 11:30 am - 12:00 pm. Please note that this will be an indoor program. Seating for Storytime is available on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of tickets will be distributed at the Information Desk 30 minutes prior to the start of Storytime. This program is developed to align with the Early Education Quality Standards. Free. Attendance limits follow SJPL guidelines.
