Get one-on-one help with everyday tech questions from a volunteer at Hillview Library.
Get free one-on-one support with everyday tech questions. Our Tech Mentor assistance includes, but is not limited to, basic smartphone, tablet, and computer help; setting up and using email; downloading and using apps; making video calls (Zoom, FaceTime, Google Meet, etc.); browsing the internet (search engine basics, making simple searches, etc.); navigating the SJPL website and digital resources; how to use the 311 app. Please note: Tech Mentor support is limited to basic technology questions. Appointments are recommended. To make an appointment, call (408) 808-3033 or email Marlene Sanchez at marlene.sanchez@sjlibrary.org. Priority will be given to patrons with appointments.
